Finally, version 1.5 includes support for standby mode. No longer will the app disable standby mode and keep the screen on. Instead, the device will go nicely into standby mode and the sounds will keep playing.
Other new features include some new background sounds, in particular an update to the rain. Now enjoy Garden Rain, a realistic, very pleasant rain sound.
This release also contains a few small bug fixes.

Brainwave entrainment sometimes also called brainwave synchronization, is a practice of intentionally causing EEG brainwaves to move to a specific frequency by exposing the sensory system to a dominating external stimulus.
The purpose of attempting brainwave entrainment is to bring ones mind into a preferred state. For example, during deep meditation, an individual may want their mind to be optimally primed for relaxation. By exposing the auditory cortex to binaural beats at the proper frequencies, one can potentially assist their brainwaves to fall in sync, bringing the mind into a relaxed state delta range. Similarly, a student wishing to focus on finishing an essay may wish to expose themselves to a stimulus in the gamma frequency range, eliciting a brainwave synchronization response, assisting their effort to focus on the task at hand.
