TheStockApp provides quotes from stocks listed on the major world stock exchanges. It provides the ability to select the data that you are interested in seeing. Groups of symbols can be saved in lists for easy viewing. Quotes are powered by YQL Yahoo! Query Language and therefore symbols from the US, Canada, UK, Australia and many more are supported. This application is written with the individual retail investor in mind and contains calculators to make life easier. For example, you can determine the price to sell a stock to achieve a specific profit based on the number of shares purchased, amount of commission to buy/sell and the purchase price. The calculator also works with options.
