VirtualMerchant Mobile is a mobile payment application that allows business that are customers of Elavon and Elavon sales agents and business partners to process transactions through Elavons secure payment gateway.
Getting started is easy!
1.Download the VirtualMerchant App for free!
2.Open the App and enter a Personal Identification Number PIN of your choice this PIN is to protect you. Select a PIN that will remember as it will be required each time you access the application.
3.Select Configure and one on the configuration page and enter your Gateway PIN and Mobile Key, designate desired Mandatory Fields and select Done. Note that your Gateway PIN and Mobile Key will be provided to you by email once you have established an account with access to Elavons secure payment gateway. If you do not have an account, follow the link at the bottom of the configuration page.
4.You can now process transactions! Note if you need a Magtek BulleT card reader to swipe cards, contact your Elavon sales agent.
