Finding a doctor has never been easier for CDPHP members.

The CDPHP Find-A-Doc mobile application developed by Capital District Physicians Health Plan, Inc. CDPHP enables CDPHP members to locate the nearest doctor, hospital, or health care facility within their network while on the go. Its convenient, free, easy to use, and is compatible with the BlackBerry devices.

In addition to providing multiple search criteria, including name, specialty, city, state, and ZIP code, the Find-A-Doc mobile app also plots the providers location on a map, supplies driving directions, and connects members to the providers office via a link to the business phone number.

Other features include the option to learn more about CDPHP and contact CDPHP customer service by phone or e-mail.
