Fit Pro is an application containing a food calorie and a physical activity databases. It is designed to help you with your diet. You have to enter the foods you eat each day, enter the exercises you conduct and set your daily calorie limit which you want to achieve. You can add new items to the database.

The application displays charts of daily and monthly calorie intake. Its user interface is very user-friendly. The touch screen devices are supported, the screen automatically rotates when the phone is rotated into the landscape position.

– Do I have to weight the food? It is rarely necessary as the application provides the typical portion sizes and weights. For example, when "Pears, raw 1 small, 58 kcal/100g" are selected, the weight of 1 small pear 148g appears on the screen and it is enough to press "OK" to add it to the list. Another example: "Milk, whole, 3.25% milkfat 1 cup, 60 kcal/100g" – default weight: 244g. If you drank one half of the cup, just enter half of this value 122g.
– How to set the calorie limit? Please go to the "Change Limit" screen and change the "From" and "To" dates by moving the trackball/trackpad left or right or by tapping appropriate buttons. Then change the limit value and press "OK". It is possible to select different limits for different periods for example, 1800 calories for the first week of your diet and 2000 calories for the second week.
