ICD9 Coder

ICD9 Coder is designed for primary care providers who require a simple tool to look up frequently used ICD9 codes. It is developed using the American Academy of Family Physicians "long list" of commonly used ICD9 codes. The list replaces ICD-9 descriptors with problem-oriented descriptors of conditions common in family practice.

Please note, this is a not a complete listing of all ICD9 codes. It is a simplified subset compiled by the AAFP and designed for primary care providers.
