GPS Alert My Spot

Alert My Spot is an alarm application that lets you set location based alarm and alert you when you reach your preset location, using your BlackBerry mobile phone GPS. Using BlackBerry maps, user can select and save a location. With the help of GPS satellites, the current location will be retrieved and checked with the saved location. When the location matches with each other, an alarm will ring up to alert the user. So when you travel a long distance, you can set an alarm to wake you up as soon as you reach your destination irrespective of the time at which it reaches the destination and you will be alerted by the alarm when you enter the selected area.

The location alarm application allows you to select an area with the help of the BlackBerry map for triggering an alert. To create a new alarm, you first need to add a new location by selecting the New Location option from the Home screen. Once youve added the location, you can configure the alarm by selecting Alarm On option from the Home screen for each location.
