All pictures sent to Facebook will go to your Mobile Uploads folder in your Facebook Photos folder. The folder will be automatically created for you if you dont have one!
All pictures you dont delete are saved to the same place on your BlackBerry as your normal camera pictures. You can find them later to view, email, delete, or upload to Facebook the oldfashioned way.
