face2name

face2name is a technology platform designed to facilitate networking and communication among participants in Professional Conferences or generally speaking, events with more than 200 participants gathering in a venue for at least half a day.

The participant has access in his/her smartphone to a photo directory of all the participants in the event. The photo directory of the participants also includes basic information about participants profile and communication tools that allows the participant to:

Identify other participants in the event
Send free chat messages to other participants
Exchange contact information
Receive messages and content from the organization

face2name works directly on final users smartphones and uses the WiFi network of the venue, so it is very easy to deploy.
