Porto Seguro released a free App which you can request 24 hours assistance, such as, cover car or mechanic help without having to call the Customer Service. After your request is made, the app finds you via geolocation and activate the closest cover car.

You can also search for the closest Automotive Center so you drive your car towards there or even find the closest one to your residence.
