Popup LoopScroll + Dock

Loop scroll 12 icons theme with hide/popup feature, plus vertical aligned fixed 2 icons dock.
First 2 icons in application list are used as fixed vertical icons, and next 12 icons are used as horizontal scroll icons.

At startup time, there is 2 icon on the homescreen. When you move down the focus, 12 icons dock is popped up.
Icons popup can be loop scroll.

For HVGA device e.g. BlackBerry Bold 9000, fixed icons are displayed in mini size.
