GLYPHER: FREE TEXT MESSAGING for the proximal, visible, sighted, literate

This program uses the BlackBerry screen as a small scrolling message kiosk. Anything you can type into the New Message: dialog will be displayed to all those who can see the device. The effective range is about 30 feet for individuals with 20/20 vision. Using Morse Code mode the range is quite a bit farther if the recipient knows Morse Code. Using this program it is possible to send text messages short distances to all literate individuals that can see the broadcasting device. As a convenience, 4 messages can be stored for immediate use.
