Round and Round is an application that will fascinate and engage young toddlers. It is a small collection of photos that have movable parts. There is a car, a windmill, a colorful fan, and a clock. By rotating your finger across the screen, those objects will rotate just like in real life. As a father, I wanted to build this app in a way that teaches easy eye-hand coordination for a toddler, and at the same time allows a child to process the functionality of real objects. Subtle interactivity designs, such as friction and acceleration, bring a kid closer to real world physics.
