Canada Explorer GPS

CanadaExplorer lets you explore Canada on a detailed topographic map. When zoomed out, a comprehensive physical map of Canada is shown. However, when you zoom in closer, the map becomes a topographical map with detailed contour lines marking elevation. This can give you a good judge of the landscape, the closer the contour lines, the steeper the terrain is. This is the perfect app for the true outdoor traveler in Canada.

To navigate within the map, simply move the map with you finger. To zoom in, you may either press the + button on the bottom panel, or you may use two fingers apart to zoom in. To zoom out, you may either press the button on the bottom panel, or you may use two fingers to pinch the map to zoom out.

If you select the GPS button on the bottom left corner of the app, your location will be extrapolated. Your own position will be marked on the map, so you can easily see your surroundings on the map.
