Weather Forecast provides:

The forecast for the next 24, 48, and 72 hours.
A selection of your favourite locations.

The application can automatically determine your location and memorise your favorite places. Furthermore, you can verify, in real time, temperature, probability of rainfall, pressure variations and wind speed of all Italian cities.
