EZ CM Connect from EZ Access enables project team members to access, review, and share via email key project documents created in Oracles Primavera Contract Management.
Each user is able to manage and impact project progress by having important contract information available on their mobile device. Users are able to make timely decisions based on the status and content of key project documents. Or users can share this information with other team members via email to initiate a collaborative decision.

EZ CM Connect offers a highly intuitive process for retrieving Contract Manager data that is organized in a method familiar to Contract Management usersfirst by Project, and then by Module. To enhance EZ retrieval, users can filter documents by many key areas.

This release is a view-only application for 7 key modules:

RFIs
Contracts
Purchase Orders
Change Orders
Proposals
Submittals

In future app releases, EZ Access plans to include the ability to view additional modules, add or edit documents, and upload photos. The Add/Edit RFI module is available today for I-Products, it works on the I-Phone, I-Pad, and Touch I-Pod. We plan to have this app available on your BlackBerry device very soon.

WARNING! This app is designed to retrieve data from small to large projects. Since BB OS 5.0 is not as powerful as some other systems, we make the following recommendation. There are 4 filters in the Document Log screen; last 30 days; last 60 days; last 90 days; All. If you are retrieving data from a "Large" project, restricting your filters to 30/60 and maybe 90 days will result in a more pleasant experience. The app will bring you all of the current data much quicker if you limit the date range.

EZ CM Connect requires a current user license for Oracles Primavera Contract Management that is installed and on a web server with an external URL for access.
