Get the Pocket Reports application to easily view reports from Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services on your BlackBerry device.
The solution only consists of Pocket Reports application running on the BlackBerry device and connecting directly to any online report on your company server. There is no need to install any additional supporting server software. The current reports also do not need any adjustment – the same reports you are using at PC will be now available on your BlackBerry.
The application fully supports report parameters. For each report there is a dynamically created form to quickly enter the parameters of which the report is generated.
With Pocket Reports managers, sales representatives or any field employees can display the necessary customer sales reports, orders or stock levels. Management can additionally monitor statistical reports, company turnover, etc.
The great advantage of application is a full immediate accessibility to existing reports so far used only on your PC.
In settings, you can either choose SYSTEM4U test Report Server or Conner directly to your enterprise MS SQL Server Reporting Services.
If you have your BlackBerry device connected to the corporate BES server, there is no need to publish Report Server to the Internet. You can access the data directly from your BlackBerry device using internal LAN with the encrypted channel MDS Connection Service. In this case it is necessary to have BlackBerry Browser as the default browser on your BlackBerry device.
