Refresh Date Calendar theme

A smooth and clean theme that puts everything at your fingertips. All banner items are selectable, corresponding to the proper application – Clock, Manage Connections, Calendar, etc. The Storm has two buttons that control a sliding dock of 12 icons. For TrackBall/Pad devices there is an 18 icon sliding dock that is controlled simply by scrolling to the left or right. Also on TrackBall/Pad devices, there are two hotkeys the space bar and $ sign control the 19th and 20th icons on the application list, respectively.
