MemTool does not require WiFi coverage and is fully functional without a wireless connection. The full version of MemTool v2.1 supports unicode UTF-8 import/export of Lists of items.
Note that MemTool v2.0 no longer requires a Media Card – this version is available for BlackBerry smartphones running OSv4.60 and higher. MemTool v1.1 requires a Media Card.
